Drunken Biscuits

Drunken BiscuitsIngredients:
250 gr. of butter
250 gr. Mauvrodaphni (sweet red wine)
250 gr. of olive oil
½ cup of sugar
1 baking powder
½ teaspoon of cinammon
½ teaspoon of cloves
1 kilo of flour
Preparation:
Work with the butter, the sugar and oil until white, then add the herbs, the baking powder and in turns the wine and the flour. Work with both hands to make the dough soft and smooth. Shape dough into small round biscuits and brush with egg yolk. Bake in a medium heated oven for 15-20 minutes.
