Apple Pie

Apple PieIngredients:
½ piece of butter
1 ¾ cup of sugar
3 teaspoon of cinnamon
4 eggs
1 cup of self raising flour
1 vanilla
4-5 apples
Preparation:
Place the butter with ¾ of the cup of sugar and the cinnamon in a baking pan. Heat them in the oven, enough for the butter to melt. In the meantime mix the eggs, the flour and the rest of the sugar & vanilla in a bowl. Take the baking pan out of the oven and layer the sliced apples and then pour the mixture on top. Bake in a medium heated oven for half an hour.
