Halvas

HalvasIngredients:
1 cup of oil
2 cups of semolina (wheat or corn)
1 pack of pine nuts
15 almonds
5 walnuts
For the syrup:
4 glasses of water
2 cups of brown sugar
Cinnamon
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a pan and add the pine nuts, the cinnamon, the ground almonds and walnuts. At the end add the semolina and cook well. When the mixture is ready slowly pour the syrup and cook until it becomes thick.
