Ingredients:
2 glasses of sugar
½ glass of water
3-4 cinnamon sticks
A few leaves of fragrant geranium (or apple geranium)
A bit of red liquid food coloring
Preparation:
Place the sugar, the water and the cinnamon sticks in a saucepan and boil for 10-12 minutes over high heat. Add the fragrant geranium and the red food coloring and bring to boil once more, for approximately 2 min. When cold, store in bottles. Served diluted with water, usually chilled.
