“Horta Xerochimisi”

“Horta Xerochimisi”Ingredients:
1 kilo of various leaves and grasses
2 medium sized onions
1 tablespoon of salt
olive oil (for frying)
Preparation:
Clean and wash the leaves and grasses very well. Then boil some water in a large pot. Place the greens in the water and let them boil. Then strain. Sauté the onion and finally bring the leaves to a boil. Serve warm.
