Wholemeal Biscuits

Wholemeal BiscuitsIngredients:
5 cups of flour
2 cups of flour (wholemeal)
2 cups of oil (corn oil)
1 ½ teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 ¾ cup of white wine
1 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of baking ammonia
Preparation:
Place the flour in a bowl, pour in all the liquids and make dough. Then add the sugar, the soda and the baking ammonia. Work well until the dough is soft and smooth. If necessary pour a half a glass of water in. shape into small round biscuits. Bake in a medium heated oven for 20 minutes. (These biscuits don’t brown too much).
