Cheese Pie

Cheese PieIngredients:
300 gr feta cheese grated
200 gr of Gruyère-style cheese (graviera)
1 cup of butter
Some milk
3 eggs beaten
1 portion of béchamel sauce
Pastry puff sheets (or home made)
Preparation:
Brush butter on a pan. Spread one pastry sheet or 3 home-made ones, brushing each sheet with butter. Prepare the béchamel sauce and mix the cheeses with eggs. Spread on the pan and place another pastry sheet on top. Spray the milk on the pie and bake in a medium heated oven for 50-60 minutes.
